Description
Should have strong 5+ years experience in P&C Insurance and Guidewire Applications – Policy Center / Billing Center / Claim Center
Should have strong 5-7 years of experience as Scrum Master in P&C Insurance domain
Have experience in managing projects scope and timeline.
Must coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.
Must facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
Help teams implement changes effectively.
Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.
Guide development teams to a higher level of Scrum maturity.
Coach team members in Agile frameworks.
Ability to resolve conflicts
Maintain a productive environment where team members own the product and enjoy working on it.
Must co-ordinates and lead the scrum ceremonies
Be the point of contact for external communication for customers and stakeholders.
Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.
Good to have PMP or Scrum Master certification
