Perform unit and comprehensive testing with system developers to ensure overall functionality and technical quality of deliverables.
Trouble shoot technical issues and problems, partnering with developers.
Provide supporting work papers and schedules Documentation, FAQ / Knowledge Base creation.
Training users on PBCS, Go-Live support B.S. in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting or other business-related field from an accredited college or university required.
