Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. Proven experience as an IAM Consultant / Engineer particularly with PlainID and PBAC technologies. Strong understanding of identity and access management principles methodologies and best practices. Experience with integrating IAM solutions with various applications and systems (e.g. cloud services ERP CRM). Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g. Python PowerShell). Knowledge of security standards and frameworks (e.g. NIST ISO 27001). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Description
We are seeking a highly skilled IAM (Identity and Access Management) Consultant / IAM Engineer with expertise in PlainID and Policy-Based Access Control (PBAC) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing IAM solutions to ensure the security and integrity of our information systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions using PlainID and PBAC technologies.
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures for user access management.
- Integrate IAM solutions with various enterprise systems and applications.
- Configure and manage IAM tools and platforms to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Regularly update and patch IAM systems to protect against vulnerabilities.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents related to access management.
- Work closely with IT, security, and business teams to understand and fulfill access management needs.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users and internal teams on IAM best practices.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of IAM processes, configurations, and policies.
- Generate reports and metrics to demonstrate the effectiveness of IAM solutions and compliance with security standards.
Educational Requirements
- Professional certifications related to IAM (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Certified Identity and Access Manager).
- Experience with other IAM technologies (e.g., Okta, SailPoint, ForgeRock).
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and their impact on IAM.
