High-Level Individual Duties:
Control monitoring and assessing failures. Responsible for communicating the technical issues and status to business end users, and working as clean line of communication and coordination with application teams and business teams
Look at the que that is filled with alerts (ex. terms that didn’t go through, tasks that failed overnight etc.)
Process focused position—following up on tasks, opening tickets, setting up and leading meetings
