Provides significant contributions in the design coding/configuration testing support and debugging of new software enhancements to existing custom software and configurations of COTS packages Lead assessment and remediation of IT Risk related MRA and develop solutions/compensatory controls Partners with COTS vendors and IT/business contacts to collaborate and resolve open items Collaborates with other developers and provides technical direction to solve business client questions problems and to address enhancement needs. Ability to lead the development of technically complex new functionality and work with other team members and business partners to deliver value through working software. Work with Security teams to tune control systems to best meet the need of the IT Risk and business. Ability to identify IT security risks and work with IPRM team to report and lead the remediation efforts. Provide facilitate expert-level troubleshooting Communicates clearly and in a manner that conveys credibility and confidence that he/she will deliver on the customer needs. This senior level employee is primarily responsible for leading the IAM and security risk assessment and remediation for the IT Risk matters, remediation, and ensuring contingency/compensatory procedures are followed and maintained.
Responsibilities
- 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other relevant field of study preferred, or required experience.
- BFS experience
- A strong development background or IAM background is required. Both is even better. Specific Customer IAM experience is ideal.
- Demonstrable excellence in solving difficult challenges and experience implementing solutions is a must.
- Experience in IT Risk management and OCC-related remediation
- Experience with COTS products
- Working with executive leaders
- Working with COTS vendors extensively
- Ability to work in a matrixed organization
- Specific knowledge of IAM platforms such as Radiant Logic, Okta, Auth0, Ping, Broadcom/CA Directory/SiteMinder/IDM/Access Gateway is encouraged.
- Working knowledge of OIDC, OAuth2.0 and other modern IAM protocols.
- Experience with complex systems integrations, high availability solutions, highly performant systems, and meeting rigorous SLAs.
- DevSecOps, Automation, and Cloud deployment pattern experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of current security threats, techniques, and landscape, as well as a dedicated and self-driven desire to research current information security landscape.
