Your knowledge of Identity and Access Management systems such as IBM ISIM, EntraID, and Active Directory, coupled with a customer service orientation, ensures the successful resolution of technical issues within identity and access management environments. Responsibilities
- Proficiency with EntraID, LDAP, Active Directory, and IBM Security Verify.
- Knowledge of IBM Security Directory Integrator and JavaScript.
- Experience with directory sync tools like Entra Connect and Quest suite.
- Administration experience with CyberArk Privilege Cloud.
- Strong background in automating tasks using scripting languages.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in IT or related field.
- Availability for on-call support, including nights and weekends as needed.
