Description
Experience in installing, upgrading, configuring Informatica MDM along with troubleshooting, version upgrade testing.
Building the data model and other objects in the Hub Store
Configuring and executing Informatica MDM Hub data management processes
Configuring external application access to Informatica MDM Hub functionality and resources
Troubleshooting issues related to the MDM system.
Coordinating routine maintenance activities such as patching and house keeping activities.
Strong Knowledge in MDM upgrade installation, troubleshooting major issues during unplanned outage.
Working knowledge of configuring various services such as Integration service, Repository service, Webservice, Model repository service and DIS etc.
Troubleshoot issues related to databases, job failures, software bugs and performance bottlenecks to all incidents working with multiple cross functional teams like DBA, Unix Server Administrator, Informatica Global Support, and work on problems and drive them to resolutions.
Strong ability to troubleshoot performance and configuration related issues including connectivity issues due to firewalls, load balancers etc.
Familiar with standard code management practices and tools, code deployment/Migration.
Monitor and handle workflows using the Informatica Admin Console.
Project Technical tools / On boarding Artifacts upgrade and maintenance.
Added advantage exp in other informatica tools EDC/AXON /DEI.
Vulnerability remediation in all Informatica tools suggested by GCS.
