Responsibilities
- Perform infrastructure upgrade tasks for vSphere 8
- Work with other infrastructure teams and application end-users to perform various infrastructure maintenance tasks
- Conduct high-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis for VMware vSphere, Cisco UCS, and Dell issues
- Lead large-scale infrastructure projects in a hybrid/remote environment.
- Collaborate with Application Development, QA, and business teams to meet infrastructure needs.
- Experience with infrastructure production services, engineering, and project delivery.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, MS Project, PPT); familiarity with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
- Financial services or IT background preferred.
