• Experience in test environment management and configuration management. • Experience working with QA Production Support Development • Experience working with Environments and Release Management with large-scale transformations. • DevOps Agile CI/CD experience • Excellent knowledge of a full range of infrastructure components and functions • Excellent troubleshooting skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented • Ability to manage relationships with various organizations and individuals across IT. • Capable of multi-tasking and rebalancing priorities • Committed to results and meeting requirements.Description
• Overall ownership of non-production environments. Partner with product and Infrastructure teams to finalize environment requirements during planning, and identify environmental risks.
• Escalation for application issues preventing testing. Maintain a schedule for the use of environments.
• Coordinate sharing of environments among projects to ensure effective utilization.
• Measure and report on environment availability metrics. Identify and implement process improvements to avoid issues in the future.
• Manage and communicate environment updates with current production data snapshots and source code. Work with other organizations to secure resources (e.g., space) for non-production release environments.
• Follow industry and organizational best practices and standards and participate in company communities of practice to continuously refine and communicate them. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership and guidance to your team in your technical field(s) of expertise.
