We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Integration Specialist to join our team at either the Senior Associate (SA) or Manager (M) level. This role is integral to our system integration projects, particularly involving Veeva Vault platforms such as RIMS, Clinical eTMF, and Quality. The ideal candidate will have a robust technical background, excellent communication skills, and proven expertise in Veeva Vault SDK and AWS.
Responsibilities
- Drafting PDH Requirements:
- Develop and document the Product Definition Handbook (PDH) requirements.
- Update system architecture and configuration specifications for Veeva systems.
- Technical Documentation Review:
- Review technical design documents and test scripts.
- Assess the impact of IDMP on requirements and downstream integration documentation.
- Testing and Execution:
- Execute and review test scenarios for Veeva Placeholder IQs and integration impact IQs.
- Oversee PDH Integration Data Load review processes.
- Leadership and Coordination:
- Lead design and development efforts for system integration projects.
- Coordinate with technical and industry team leads on larger technical implementations.
- Serve as the point-of-contact for all Quality communications, supporting the global vision.
- Project Management and Support:
- Collaborate with the PDH Project Lead to manage integration architecture and specifications throughout the service development lifecycle.
- Deliver small enhancements and defect fixes related to integration software components.
- Inform relevant stakeholders of application development issues impacting the project.
- Design and Methodology Oversight:
- Provide oversight of design methodology and facilitate design handoff.
- Receive design knowledge transfer from Veeva architects.
- Support the creation and enhancement of project deliverables as required.
- Requirements Definition and Analysis:
- Participate in defining and analyzing technical requirements.
- Provide rigorous estimates of webMethods efforts based on design requirements.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in Veeva Vault platforms (RIMS, Clinical eTMF, Quality).
- Strong proficiency in Vault SDK and AWS.
- Certified Veeva CRM Administrator or Veeva Vault Platform Administrator.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with project management and integration lifecycle management.
