• ask how they implement in scenario not just definition
• clone from existing and customize code-must be technical
• how much exp on Cobol development project-NOT JUST SUPPORTING
Responsibilities
- • 4-5 years of experience with iSeries/IBM COBOL Development (CBL/CBLLE/CL)
- • SQL background/knowledge
- • Aldon knowledge
- • Ability to analyze issues/development requests and design/document technical solution
- • Ability to test development change, document results
- • Good communication skills
