Responsibilities
Plan, implement, and monitor IT projects and initiatives.
Manage and administer IT systems, including Windows servers, SQL databases, network devices, and cloud services.
Ensure the security, availability, and performance of IT systems and data.
Provide help desk support and troubleshoot IT issues.
Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation.
Manage IT vendors and contracts.
Research and evaluate new IT solutions and technologies.
Train and mentor IT staff and users.
Responsibilities
- Customer-facing experience.
- Background in 8x8/3CX.
- Background in ESXi or Hyper-v.
- Linux experience.
- WordPress experience.
- Any security-related certificates.
- Palo Alto or Fortinet experience.
- MS Dynamics experience.
- Google Workspace experience.
- QuickBooks experience.
