As a member of IT Operations team, you be involved in all aspects of IT Infrastructure support, including On-Premise and Public Cloud support of Compute, Storage, Backup, Network, Incident/Problem/Change management and Monitoring tools.
Responsibilities
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing computing, storage and network environment in a co-location data center.
- 5+ years of experience managing VMware and Hyper-v environments.
- 5 years of hands-on experience managing and troubleshooting Active Directory
- Direct experience performing on On-premInfra to Cloud migration projects.
- 5+ years of experience troubleshooting issues with virtualized Windows servers.
- 5 years of experience of supporting Azure Infrastructure
- Deep knowledge of Networking tools and Network related troubleshooting.
- Deep knowledge of storage and backup administration
- ITIL experience
- Understanding of app and infra monitoring tools. (AppDynamics, OpsRamp, Solarwinds, Zabbix, Axonius, BigFix, etc)
- Knowledge of IAAS/PAAS on Windows Azure Cloud Platform
- Knowledge of Azure Load Balancers/ App Gateways/ Traffic Managers/ Azure File Shares
- Hands-on Experience on IIS administration.
- Power shell scripting knowledge
