Need an experienced analyst/project manager to manage the portfolio, process and operations for the domain. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and proven success in managing multiple departments for maximum productivity. This person will be highly skilled in finance, and IT project management, and be able to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within the team. The position requires the right mix of proven experience and skills, an ability to flex, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a high-level of energy to get things done.

Responsibilities

• • Support the Portfolio Manager by performing various aspects of the project management lifecycle for initiatives assigned to you, while adhering to standards and tools defined by the organization.
• • Developing, maintaining, and improving IT Project Portfolio Management methodologies and processes.
• • Developing dashboards, graphics, and reports for portfolio analysis.
• • Coordinating with the project managers and other IT unit managers on project, workload, and IT asset information and processes.
• • Run daily operations including reports and analysis.
• • Work closely with business partners to understand needs, define cross-functional plans, etc.
• • Aligns risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; calls out concerns appropriately.
