• IT application systems so they can interact with those teams well • Data and analytics • Strong PM skills • Healthcare preferred but not required • Hit the ground running • Help mature their agile knowledge on the team Agile preferred on all 3 levels • Able to roll up what’s happening on a project to executive leadership. • Tools/apps: Jira (nice to have) PowerPoint Excel MS Project or a similar PM tool experience (nice to have) • Work across IT and Analytics team. Able to speak to the terms used in these areas of business • Will need to coordinate folks in sessions and ceremonies know who you need from IT and Analytics team. • Transparency to leadership. • Project example: stand up SDof health data and data analytics strategy for enterprise/business. Increase volume of external data sources that are landing in environment. Understand lay of land internally goal is to create a channel that different units of business can put in requests to do a project and request data sets for consumption. • Project example: Implement quarterly business reviews for data and analytics. Will involve leadership and roll up to COO. High view project • Tools used currently is Jira Tableau PowerBI • PMP certification nice to have not required • Will consider someone who has an IT background specifically with data and analytics projects. Not just all implementation or migration experience.Description
Facilitate the successful definition and delivery of projects.
Will be responsible for managing one or more projects within the constraint of scope, quality, time, and cost, to deliver specified requirements and meet customer satisfaction.
Implement projects and support those day-to-day activities within the specified business area.
Manage multiple priorities on an ongoing basis, including but not limited to: project budgeting and time estimates; managing exempt employees and contractors; project scope and definition; gathering and documenting requirements; and resource and contingency planning.
A Bachelor's degree and 3-4 years experience in Project Management.
Four years work experience in legacy and emerging technologies, application architecture, database technologies, system design and implementation; issue/study definition, project and methodology design, statistical modeling and simulation and data interpretation of one or more business processes; and industry awareness.
Certification or training in Project Management preferred; breadth of business and operational knowledge of Highmark and/or health care industry.
Must be goal-oriented and action-focused. Must have exemplary leadership skills.
