Responsibilities

• You’ll be working in the Application Support and Reliability (ASR) which provides application support for the UBS Reference Data & Azure Cloud suite of applications. You will be located in Nashville Tennessee and will be part of a global team that provides follow-the-sun support with other locations in Pune India and Zurich Switzerland.
• Your expertise:
• a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 2-3 years hands-on experience with UNIX, SQL and MS Office products
• experience with Business Intelligence Software (like MicroStrategy, PowerBI. etc.) is a plus
• Azure Cloud knowledge is highly desirable
• experience with monitoring solutions, preferably Big Panda, AppDynamics and /or Splunk
• use of or knowledge of automation tools like Automation Anywhere or IP center a plus
• proficient with tools such as ServiceNow, Confluence, JIRA and batch scheduling tools like Autosys
• ability to solve complex issues, good at problem statement analysis and solution design thinking
• track record of building good relationships with IT stakeholders and business partners
• a solid working knowledge of ITIL
• You are:
• a confident communicator and have excellent command of both written and spoken English
• able to accommodate periodic on-call and out-of-hours duties
