Experience in advanced administering and development ServiceNow Platform and/or IT Service Management experience
Experience in GRC
Scripting – JavaScript, Web Services, HTML, CSS, AJAX, Jelly, TOM (Discovery, Event, Service Mapping)
Experienced in working with relational databases.
Experience with the ITIL process in ServiceNow: Incident Management,
Understanding Agile and SCRUM
