Description
Support our IVR and call center technologies and provide development expertise to mid-large size efforts to solve complex problems.
The responsible for analyzing, designing, building, testing automation scripts, debugging, documenting, implementing, and maintaining new or existing applications and software.
Review and analyze user need and design proposed system solutions based on requirements.
Participate in the development and testing of these solutions and ensure adherence to defined timelines.
Collaborate with other IT and business professionals and deliver high quality results.
IVR Test Automation Experience required
Experience in developing voice Routing Call flows
Experience in CX One Contact center architecture
Experience in installation of Inbound application
Experience in installation of outbound application
Exp w/ Imperix hammer or exp w/ cyara must
Exp w/ automation, not just running but developing test scripts
Selenium Automation experience in plus
