• Sr Architect will be part of T&D LOB and is expected to hit the ground running. • Sr Architect must be located in US. He/she can work remotely. • Sr Architect must follow all Baptist Health South Florida policies standards procedures and compliance needs.Description
1. 15+ years of experience in software development
2. 12+ years of hands-on experience in Java 11+, Services (REST, SOAP), JSON, XML, gRPC.
3. 6+ years of architecting solutions and leading delivery team(s).
4. Must have hands-on experience and strong understanding of Full Stack Engineering including implementing functional, and non-functional requirements.
5. Must have experience working in fast paced Agile (scrum / XP) delivery.
6. Must have hands-on experience developing cloud-native services and components in Java SpringBoot, Project Reactor, and Spring 2.5 ecosystem. Strong understanding of microservices patterns.
7. Must have hands-on experience creating containers, deploying to k8s.
8. Must have strong experience building pipelines, including TDD, CI/CD, Shift Left, SAST, DAST scanning, and promotion patterns to higher environments.
9. Must have experience with Confluence Spaces, JIRA, and Gitlab
10. Must have strong understanding and experience with API security, token management, performance and monitoring.
11. Must have experience with AWS Cloud including
• EKS, K8s, Lambdas, API Gateways, S3, Cloud Watch, Cloud Front, Cloud Map and others.
12. Strong understanding of concepts and dependencies
• Cloud Native architectures, patterns, practices, and architectures
• Microservices Architecture, Event Driven Architecture
• Service registry, service discovery, fault tolerance
• Services as Product and Versioning
13. Experience with Healthcare with strong understanding of HL7 FHIR standards is a plus.
14. Good communicator, ability to get along, work in a high paced environment, high EQ with go-getter attitude.
