Description
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
10+ years' experience in related field preferred
Working knowledge of two or more technologies preferred
What is expected of you and others at this level
Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects
May contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Works on complex projects of large scope
Develops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives
Completes work independently receives general guidance on new projects
Work reviewed for purpose of meeting objectives
May act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues
Competencies we are looking for:
Should have high expertise on: Java, Springboot, Microservices
Should have high expertise on: Architecture, System Design
Should have expertise in front-end tech like: JavaScript, ReactJS.
Should be aware of DBMS tech like MYSQL.
Should have high expertise on DevOps practices (Jenkins, AWS/Azure, Kubernetes)
Must have proven capability on building high-scalable systems
Should be capable to work with global teams.
Should be a natural leader, who is capable of bringing out the best in people
Should be able to drive engineering best practices in the team.
