• Oversee a team of developers and QA resources
• Co-ordinate between onshore and offshore/nearshore resources
• Perform code reviews from onshore/offshore resources
• Participate and contribute to the design solutions / recommendations
• Drive the design approvals / reviews with the architecture teams

IT Aspect -
• Develop, design, test, maintain and support of web application using JAVA-J2EE
. Collect the system requirements from customer and develop the application as per their requirement. Evaluate and research the products and technologies related to application and responsible to deliver high-quality code to meet customer requirement using tools like Java 8, Spring boot, Hibernate-JPA (Entity Framework) and REST/Web services.
• Manage and utilize Intellij, Eclipse (Windows based IDE) tool for prototyping of Web services API development.
• Evaluate the code in change set level before check-in to Source Control System (GIT) and ensure flawless code in SCM.
• Create or modify REST web services to interact with business layer, Oracle queries and store procedures for back end (Oracle 11g/12c). Use entity framework to map relational data using domain specific objects and use Spring boot framework to view the data and transfer to business objects. Use Red Hat OpenShift to automate installation, upgrades, and lifecycle management throughout the container stack—the operating system, Kubernetes and cluster services.
• Develop REST web service and Mobile application with proficient technologies. Perform product analysis and development tasks of increasingly complex nature which may require extensive research and analysis. Develop application code and unit test in the Rest Web Services using Spring Boot,
JAVA-J2EE, Hibernate-JPA (Entity Framework) and Kony Mobile technologies for the application development center.
• Provide inputs on solution architecture based on evaluation/understanding of SmartAuction solution alternatives and design optimal solutions, perform feasibility study on the proposed changes, build call flows in Visio and prepare detailed design specifications, develop and implement the proposed changes in the SmartAuction platform.
• Improve and assess the performance of the application by fine tuning the existing database queries. Convert the SQL statements of functions and stored procedures and caliber to improve the performance of the application.

Responsibilities

• Extensive experience leading a team of full stack developers
• Deep/lengthy experience document management (storage, generation, exchange, etc.) and intelligent capture tools understand business processes that correlate
• Preferred experience as a lead developer or application architect of a document management solution
• Ability to mentor and lead developers ensuring timely delivery while adhering to best practices and standards
• Ability to translate requirements into lower-level application design
• Experience with API development and security
• Cloud, AWS, DevOps experience preferred
