Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Computer Science Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience. Experience running code on physical systems (e.g. robots machinery automotive aerospace etc) Experience building pieces of large scale production software (e.g. service oriented architecture across many teams continuous deployment monitoring and alarming) Technical leadership experience (e.g. owning architecture level decisions).Description
5+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems
8+ years of programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design
6+ years of professional software development experience
3+ years of experience as a mentor, tech lead OR leading an engineering team
