Need to have a minimum of at least 5 years of experience with WCS and WES manufacturing and material handling systems. Just need one or the other WCS or WES A warehouse control system (WCS) is a software application for orchestrating activity flow within a warehouse or distribution center. The WCS coordinates material handling sub-systems such as conveyor belts carousels scales and sorters. A Warehouse Execution System (WES) optimizes order fulfillment and improves throughput by dynamically prioritizing tasks consolidating orders optimizing routing allocating resources efficiently adapting in real-time monitoring performance metrics and integrating with automation technologies. 5-7 years as a developer using Java Angular SQL or similar tech stack. Java Backend development APIs Restful services Web services TCP/IP JPA Postgres SQL for databases Azure Devops etc. They use the latest Angular version for the front-end but are not required because they won't be doing front-end development. Expertise in writing and maintaining SQL queries (JDBC / iBatis / Stored Procedures) Experience in API design for client-server applications. Description

Sr. Java Backend Developers working on their WCS & WES manufacturing and material handling hardware system (Opto). This is an on-prem software that runs on the hardware.

Responsibilities

• They don’t have to have Spring boot but is a real nice to have. Most of these roles are on the project side which isn’t Spring boot just Spring, SQL Anywhere, JPA. Experience with developing resilient Spring-based microservices Microservices is a plus.
