Java Lead

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Developer specializing in Spring Boot to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Java development and extensive experience with the Spring Boot framework. As a Lead Developer, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, and implementing complex software coding, and ensuring the scalability and reliability of our applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of Java-based applications using Spring Boot framework.
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high-quality code within the specified timeline.
• •Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering their growth and development.
• •Architect and design scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions that meet business requirements.
• •Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• •Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on production systems.
• •Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Java development and Spring Boot ecosystem, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
• •The lead will engage in the deployment process, collaborating with the DevOps team whenever possible. Alternatively, he will construct the CI/CD pipeline if necessary.
• •The lead will conduct code reviews and introduce tools like SonarQube for code monitoring and adherence to best practices.
• •Tech Stacks -
• Front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, etc.
• Server-side programming: Servlets, JSP, and JPA-Hibernate, Spring-MVC.
• Database management systems: MySQL/PLS SQL-Oracle/PostgreSQL
• Microservices: Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring, Spring Security.
• DevOps Tools, High-level understanding of tools integration, Jenkins
• Design Patterns.
• Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring framework, JavaScript, Servlets, JSP, JPA - Hibernate, Jenkins, SonarQube, and DevOps Tools.
• Requirements:
• •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• •Proven experience as a Lead Developer or similar role, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in Java development.
• •Expertise in Spring Boot framework and proficiency in developing RESTful APIs.
• •Strong understanding of microservices architecture and experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• •Extensive experience in using design patterns and methodologies like Microservices, Layers Service Oriented Architecture, SOA Event-Driven, Publish- Subscriber,and Model View Controller Architectures.
• •Experience working with Mobile Technologies such as Android,iosusing Java, Kotlin, Swift,React JS/ Native, Flutter
• •Hands-on experience with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• •Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• •Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a passion for delivering high-quality software coding.
