Java Lead Developer

Description

• Develop REST API, Kafka consumer producer using Java/spring boot or Go or Python and Cloud native controls.

• Responsible for overall design, development, writing automated unit test cases, participating in end-to-end integration testing, performance testing and maintenance of services.

• Develop and support complex AWS infrastructure delivering applications

• Communicate across Capital One teams to help build web portal applications leveraging enterprise frameworks.

• Help to ensure a well-managed posture across CML bank, identifying and resolving application vulnerabilities, delivering on Enterprise Tech Backlog

• Provide support across the team and ensure timely delivery of features

• Work closely within the team to help storyboard features

Responsibilities

• • Excellent coding skills in Java. Golang experience a plus.
• • Strong understanding and application of AWS services
• • Experience with Capital One managed One Pipeline a plus
• • Demonstrated technical proficiency
• • Demonstrated problem solving for complex issues
• • Demonstrated design thinking for complex features
• • Demonstrated leadership qualities, either at the team level or project level
