We are seeking a Senior Scala Developer with extensive experience in developing and maintaining software using the Scala programming language. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java/Core Java.
Note: We are not seeking candidates with a background in Hadoop or Big Data for this role.
Responsibilities
- 3-4 years of Scala experience.
- 7+ years of Java experience.
- Strong proficiency in backend development with Java/Core Java.
- Relevant certifications are highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Educational Requirements
- Prior experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment.
- Understanding of financial market operations or financial applications.
