Description
• Understand and analyze the current Jira and Atlassian landscape and set up.
• Work closely with product/project management and DevOps team on day to day Jira assistance that the project teams need
• Provide Jira / Atlassian product administration support such as creating / modifying projects, add/modify Jira add-ons, customization of Jira fields and/or workflows, JQL support, create / modify dashboards, graphs, charts ..etc, user changes, and any other administration activities
• Conduct Poc’s for any new add-ons on Jira prior to installation for customer Jira fitment
• Install, configure and train Customer teams on necessary features and enhancements as appropriate.
