The candidate selected for this role will be part of the T. Rowe Price TechOps Core – Reliability Ops team within the Cloud Operations group. The Reliability Ops team supports observability and developer productivity platforms at T. Rowe Price. The Sr. Jira Administrator will be responsible for supporting Jira Server and Atlassian cloud products, such as Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Access.
Responsibilities
- 3 years’ experience managing and configuring Atlassian products (Jira Software, Jira Service Manager, Jira Automation) on-premises and cloud based
- Experience with Atlassian Market place add-ons such as Zephyr Automated Test Suite and ScriptRunner
- Demonstrated proficiency with scripting and automation (bash, python, other programming languages)
- Preferred Technical Experience
- Experience automating manual tasks
- Experience with Agile processes and other tools in the space (Rally, Trello)
- Experience with identity management, SSO, and license management
- Experience supporting custom and third-party software integrations into a SaaS platform via API
- Experience with large platform migration efforts
