Fidelity is looking for a hard-working, driven, problem solver in the Workplace Investing, Healthcare Group and Advanced Processing Solutions business units as a part of the WI Agile Enablement Office (AEO). The main objective of the position is to own the continued implementation and ongoing organizational change of Fidelity’s Agile tools across the business units and ensure that this work meets the needs of its end users. This role will also lead the effort to ensure there is alignment to the standards and taxonomy established at the Fidelity enterprise level. You will serve in a leadership role for the administration of Agile delivery management and reporting tools, and act as a change agent across Fidelity to ensure support of consistent Agile practices.

Responsibilities

• • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• • 5+ years in transformational roles within a technology and/or financial services environment preferred
• • Deep knowledge and first-hand experience with Atlassian (JIRA & JIRA Align) tools is required
• • Expert knowledge of Agile development methodologies, change management and Agile deployment is preferred
• • Adept at assessing processes, finding opportunities for improvement, making recommendations, and implementing solutions
• • Agile certification, Scrum Master experience, and Scaled Agile Concepts experience desired
• • Analytical and strategic thinking
• • Knowledge of Cloud platforms and SaaS platforms preferred
• • Experience with SQL, C#, and JavaScript
• • Strong facilitation skills and training experience preferred
• • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and more)
• • Strong organizational change skills
• • Can clearly inspire change successfully and is process focused. Is driven and persistent
• • Proven track record of supporting effective organizational change
• • Knowledge of API's, API application integration usage, and enterprise level application architecture preferred
