● Design develop test and deploy integrations between RapidResponse and various systems (e.g. ERP CRM WMS TMS) ● Utilize Kinaxis Integration Layer and other relevant tools to facilitate data exchange ● Configure and manage integration workflows and monitoring processes ● Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues proactively ● Document and maintain integration specifications and best practices ● Stay updated on the latest RapidResponse features and integration technologies ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT Supply Chain Business Analysts) to ensure successful integration implementation ● Identify and implement opportunities to improve integration efficiency and performance ● Contribute to the development and implementation of integration standards and best practices

Description

Client is seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled individual to join our team as a Kinaxis Rapid Response Integration Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between RapidResponse and various internal and external systems. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless data flow and enabling efficient collaboration across disparate platforms.

Responsibilities

• ● 3+ years of experience in data integration, preferably with cloud-based platforms
• ● Proven experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse or similar supply chain planning solutions
• ● Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data transformation techniques
• ● Familiarity with industry standard integration protocols (e.g., REST APIs, SOAP)
• ● Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java) and data manipulation tools (e.g., SQL)
• ● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• ● Strong communication and collaboration skills
• ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• ● Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Educational Requirements

• ● Must have worked with US/Europe based clients in onsite/offshore delivery mode
• ● Should have very good verbal and written communication, technical articulation, listening and presentation skills
• ● Should have proven analytical and problem-solving skills
• ● Should have demonstrated effective task prioritization, time management and internal/external stakeholder management skills
• ● Should be a quick learner, self-starter, go-getter and team player
• ● Should have experience of working under stringent deadlines in a Matrix organization structure
• ● Should have demonstrated appreciable Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in past organizations
