Client is seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled individual to join our team as a Kinaxis Rapid Response Integration Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between RapidResponse and various internal and external systems. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless data flow and enabling efficient collaboration across disparate platforms.
Responsibilities
- ● 3+ years of experience in data integration, preferably with cloud-based platforms
- ● Proven experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse or similar supply chain planning solutions
- ● Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data transformation techniques
- ● Familiarity with industry standard integration protocols (e.g., REST APIs, SOAP)
- ● Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java) and data manipulation tools (e.g., SQL)
- ● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- ● Strong communication and collaboration skills
- ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ● Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Educational Requirements
- ● Must have worked with US/Europe based clients in onsite/offshore delivery mode
- ● Should have very good verbal and written communication, technical articulation, listening and presentation skills
- ● Should have proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- ● Should have demonstrated effective task prioritization, time management and internal/external stakeholder management skills
- ● Should be a quick learner, self-starter, go-getter and team player
- ● Should have experience of working under stringent deadlines in a Matrix organization structure
- ● Should have demonstrated appreciable Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in past organizations
