Description
6+ years of experience required in Kronos
Experience in UKG/Kronos Workforce Management Systems for Workforce Central (WFC) and Workforce Dimensions (WFD)
Knowledge on all elements of the Kronos application to include Pay Rules, Work Rules, Accruals, Employees Scheduling, WIMs, Attendance, Access Profiles, etc.
Experience in extensive client interactions involving detailed discussions on functional and requirements and providing solutions
Project Lead experience in handling implementation projects in Kronos/UKG area
Well organized, able to multitask and able to prioritize work
Can effectively handle and maintain confidential information
Talent for strong influencing and networking skills to help build and foster existing consultative relationships that drive synergy and partnership opportunities
