Responsibilities
- Lead and collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and configure Kronos Workforce Central.
- Troubleshoot and configure time clocks and biometric devices.
- Oversee attendance and timekeeping functionalities and manage activity tracking.
- Participate in agile product teams, attending sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
