Description
Hire a UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) ATS (Applicant Tracking System) Consultant to assess, diagnose, look behind curtain/behind the scenes, and provide a strategy and plan to configure a system for centralized recruiting of hourly positions.
As the system is diagnosed and re-configured, this consultant would ideally be able to train the current HR stakeholders for optimal use and efficiency.
This person also must be able to translate some of the technical pieces of UKG's ATS to the team and to each individual recruitment manager at site alongside Susie.
Must understand the following hiring needs and configuring an ATS targeting these positions:
Hourly employees
Manufacturing/Warehouse/Production Line
Professional Level workers (office)
Responsibilities
- 3-8+ years hands on experience as the main SME for UKG's applicant tracking system module
- Experience with hourly recruiting and configuring UKG for different types of recruitment needs
- Experience with UKG integrations - Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and other ATS tools
- Extensive experience working with UKG Customer Service
- Prior experience with Ultimate Pro or UltiPro ATS is the same (the merged with Kronos)
