Description
Kronos system administration & development role with focus and expertise in various modules including Timekeeping, Accruals, Scheduling, Activities and Mobile.
Work closely with Systems Manager on global development and enhancement projects
Create/update interfaces for global HRIS, payroll and employee data imports
Custom interfaces for various system integrations with external systems such as badging, benefits, BI.
Work closely with Payroll and functional teams to provide enhancements/ solutions for new pay rules, work rules, holiday rules, break rules and other business requirements.
Create various employee access profiles based on business needs for timekeeping
Develop custom reporting, data exports and queries for various teams
Support Operations, HRBPs and Payroll teams with day to day issues/ questions related to Kronos application, payroll related inquiries, reports requirements etc.
Create Custom Navigator views for various HR, Payroll and global teams.
Work closely with Systems Manager/ IT and End Users on On-going projects, enhancements and upgrades.
Work with Systems Manager on global new market rollouts, support and strategy for new countries including requirement gathering, project timelines, prioritizing.
Perform UAT, test scenarios for various pay rules, work rules and other system changes
Work with Manufacturing and Production teams to provide Advance Scheduling solutions, labor tracking tools and enhancements for labor productivity and efficiencies.
Responsibilities
- Min. 5 years of Kronos Workforce Central, Timekeeping experience required
- Strong knowledge of Workforce Integration Manager, Pay Rules, Work Rules and system building blocks.
- Knowledge of SQL queries, custom reports, and web services/ APIs a plus
- Knowledge of Payroll processes and Compliance
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a global environment
- Must be available to work in different time zones (EMEA).
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Work with various levels of end users
- Flexible with global time zones and tight project timelines
