Description
• Experience in analysis, design, development, maintenance and support of Kronos Workforce Central Suites (8.1.6, 8.1.3,8.0, 7.0, 6.3, 6.2, 6.1, 6.0& 5.2).
• Experience in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Workforce Timekeeper, Accruals, Pay Rules, Work Rules, Scheduling, Analytics, Workforce Device Manager.
• Experience in Workforce Connect/WIM and Kronos Configuration Manager, Record Manager.
• Experience in configuring and supporting Kronos Timekeeper products for Retail users.
• Strong Experience in supporting customers in creating Schedules, Function Access Profiles, Hyper find queries, Display profiles, Logon profiles, and Workflow Notifications.
• Experience on maintenance and support of Kronos Application servers and performance troubleshooting.
• Experience in Data collection Manager Kronos 4500 Clocks setup and support.
• Experience in Supporting Workforce Analytics
• Experience in WFC Timekeeper Configuration & Trouble shooting
• Experience in configuring pay rules and transferring rules to Production Environment
