Manage a 3-person client team and conduct performance reviews. Hold regular one-on-ones with team members. Independently design within a defined architecture and provide architectural input. Review code to ensure standards are met and act as a full-stack developer. Mentor developers on design patterns and architectural principles. Set up development and deployment environments from scratch. Establish Continuous Integration and manage tools/processes for the team. Communicate with clients on new features and scope changes. Define technical approaches and deliver complex components. Conduct interviews for junior and mid-level candidates. Proactively address issues with clients.Description

Responsibilities
- 8+ years in C# development.
- 5+ years with .NET technologies (Web API, ASP.NET MVC, Blazor, MAUI).
- Over 10 years of .NET/.NET Core experience with scalable applications.
- 3+ years in Azure (Azure Functions, Event Hubs, etc.).
- 3+ years with JavaScript, jQuery, NodeJS, or related front-end technologies.
- 3+ years in unit testing.
- 2+ years in creating hosting/deployment environments; knowledge of containers and virtualization.
- Strong experience with GCP platform.
- In-depth architectural knowledge of microservices and messaging patterns.
- REST API development expertise.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, DB2).
- Performance tuning and troubleshooting experience.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficient in unit and service testing (xUnit, NUnit).
