A senior technologist with having strong experience in leading a team, and
in following areas:

1.Solid C# coding experience and expertise in Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps
and Azure Function App

2.Solid experience in RESTful services (API) to develop standard APIs for
consumer applications, at the enterprise level.

3.Solid technical communication and coordination skillset required to
coordinate with other technology teams to understand their needs and fine
tune APIs per consuming apps expectations.

4.Who can write unit test cases and perform integration testing

Responsibilities

• Very crucial and key to success is to have strong experience of at
• least 5 years in leading a team of 10-15 very senior to senior
• developers across multiple projects simultaneously
• At least 5 years of experience in leading technical teams across
• multiple geographies i.e. US, Canada, Mexico and India. This role would
• require lot of offshore coordination hence the candidate should have
• offshore coordination experience
• The key to success in role is also to be patient, out of the box
• thinker who can win confidence of team based on his technical depth and
• thought process, and provide technical help, mentorship to team as well
• innovative solution, software design to technical problems and further
• guide team to implement them
• This leader should have attitude to own the applications/ solutions
• and delivery end-to-end with no to minimal oversight from client
• leadership
• The job function will require design and develop new solutions,
• improve and enhance newly developed software and make sure production
• support team is successful in keeping the lights on, in a very close
• association with development team
• The person should have good experience in designing enterprise level
• software dependent on multiple upstream systems and processes and have
• impact on various downstream business critical applications
• Very positive to have prior experience with system of records like
• Salesforce, Workday etc.
• This person is required to be fully hands-on on the areas described
• below and expected to work on own user stories independently.

• Collaborate with product owners and other stakeholders to understand
• their needs and requirements
• Experience in Performance optimization of the APIs
• Own the Integration testing and understand the gaps
• Write clean, efficient, and well-structured code using best
• practices
• Identify the most effective and creative solutions to various types
• of problems. Write optimized quality code that is easily maintainable.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the related systems
