We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer with a background in geology and computer science to join our team.
Your primary responsibility will be to enhance and support an existing ML model designed to optimize drilling location selection, aiming to improve successful drill operations by over 20%.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the current lead to understand and enhance existing ML models.
- Improve processes and modeling techniques to support advanced data analysis.
- Contribute to the development of a robust data analytics platform in SaaS.
- Recommend and implement improvements in data flow, automation, and accessibility.
- Familiarize yourself with various data sources and processes to provide insightful recommendations.
- Qualifications:
- Background in geology and computer science.
- 8+ years of experience
- Proven experience in building and enhancing ML models.
- Strong understanding of data analytics platforms and SaaS solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent experience
