Description

Kendra Scott is looking for a Manhattan Active Omni focused Business Analyst for a five + month contract that will likely extend. This person will be responsible for bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation in the context of Kendra Scott's supply chain technology solutions. They will be involved in transforming business requirements into technical documents, coordinating with both the business and the Manhattan technical team. They will also be responsible for managing project plans, coordinating project work, and executing test plans.

Manhattan Active Omni will play a crucial role in Kendra Scott's order fulfillment process, serving as the central hub for their omnichannel and e-commerce operations. The consultant or contractor will work closely with the two full-time business analysts dedicated to the Manhattan Active Omni system, providing operational support, configuration changes, and ensuring order allocation and cost management.

Responsibilities

• They are not looking for someone to come in and do actual development, as they rely on Manhattan for that. That being said, there may be some minor application support as a function of this role. The biggest need for them right now is help with the project work. They have two BA's currently allocated to this product, and for the rest of the year they are over allocated (130% allocation with the existing resources) and need to add a contractor to make sure that they can get this work done.
• There is an initiative to continue growing their Omni Channel capabilities, and MAO plays a huge role in these efforts.
• Candidates should have experience with a middleware tool like Boomi.
