5+ years of experience in software development or a related field
5+ years of experience in database technologies.
Strong problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills.
Highly organized, able to effectively multi-task and judge priorities and drive work to timely completion.
Should be excellent team player and collaborator and strong ownership of customer issues.
Responsibilities
- 5 years of experience on projects involving the implementation of solutions applying development life cycles (SDLC)
- 5+ years of experience in application support, incident/case handling, participation in on-call rotation,
- troubleshooting and admin activities in CRM.
- Familiar with Microsoft Power Automate, SSIS and SSRS.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in CRM Power App Portal online.
