Middleware Admin with VMware

Description

To perform administration of WebLogic, Tomcat/Apache Server domains.
Build and setup the frontend WebLogic environment per application requirements includes migration,upgrade, and certificates renewals, Compliance and Patching.
Installing WebLogic patches, service packs Developing automation scripts.
Middleware components Integrating with HTTP servers Backup and restoration of application/web servers data Configuring of LDAP and Security realms.
Configuring Tomcat/ Jboss/ Weblogic / Apache instances, monitoring health of application servers, deploying applications on servers, performance tuning and troubleshooting.
Apply performance monitoring / tuning methodologies to investigate issues reported for Web logic/ Tomcat/ Jboss/ Apache Web Server and likewise Application Server.
Review proposed changes and implement them in pre-production and production environment.
High-availability design, configuration, and maintenance, including clustering and load balancing strategies with Tomcat.
Preparation of root cause analysis documentation and follow-up communication.
Adhere to SLAs and make sure all incidents and requested are resolved within the SLA

Responsibilities

• Minimum 12 to 15 year relevant experience as per JD.
• Supports the day to day availability and performance of Middleware and web systems including the ability to troubleshoot and isolate moderate to complex system/application issues for WebLogic, apache, and tomcat servers.
• Proposes and implements complex system enhancements (software and hardware updates) that will improve the performance and reliability of the system.
• Manages the configuration of the system.
• Supports the rollout of complex projects that impact WebLogic and web servers.
• Installing, configuring, and testing different product sets on WebLogic, apache, tomcat servers · Provides 24x7 support on a rotating basis is required and responsible for performing the job in accordance Client vision and values
