Work on state-of-the-art IoT Edge Computing Platform for Retail
Participate in and contribute to Agile development process, including planning and daily stand ups.
Design and implement solutions to evaluate and improve performance and scalability.
Root cause performance and scalability issues and contribute to product code to alleviate these issues.
Develop performance and scale test plans based on deep understanding of domain, architecture and product tech stack.
Design and implement relevant simulators to ingest large scale data
Provide feedback, propose solutions and suggest improvements in the architecture and release process
Responsibilities
- Expertise in some or all of Junit, JMeter, Selenium, Test Complete, Cucumber or other test harnesses.
- Preferred expertise in IoT environments, specifically with device emulation.
- Preferred experience with websockets, webrtc or other full-duplex protocol testing and sizing.
- Experience programming in one or more languages and platforms including Python and / or Java
- Experience configuring monitoring systems such as Prometheus and Grafana and CI/CD tools including Jenkins
