Description

Partnering with our client Serta Simmons Bedding on their future state solution and architecture to replace their current integration software that no longer fits the needs of SSB. Moving towards a more real time understanding of its customers, products, data, businesses operations they have selected Mulesoft as their integration platform and architecture to drive a best-in-class product offering to support its internal and external clients. SSB needs a partner to offer strategic direction, advice and oversight for their development process alongside the Mulesoft Consultant Team. In doing so, SSB is seeking additional capacity to integrate with the existing structure of SSB technical teams supporting the platform.

Serta is seeking a Senior Mulesoft Developer to join a small team that will help design and implement APIs for integrating all core systems, enterprise wide. This position will be getting in on the ground floor and have a significant role in shaping Serta's API strategy and infrastructure. This role will help facilitate the full development lifecycle of Mulesoft projects by taking ownership of a project from requirements gathering, API design, implementation, end to end testing, peer review, acceptance, release and post release bugfix support.

Responsibilities

• · Bachelor's degree in a related field
• · 4+ years' MuleSoft platform experience working as an integration software developer
• · 10+ years' experience in software development using Java, API patterns, RAML, SOAP and REST Web Services
• · Full lifecycle experience in Mulesoft involving development of interfaces and integration with multiple systems
• · Experience with end to end testing and comfortable learning source and target systems
• · Good technical experience on various components of Anypoint Platform like Anypoint API Platform, Enterprise Service Bus and Messaging Queues.
• · Experience with data integration patterns and approaches (APIs, Microservices, Pub/Sub, Batch, Streaming, etc.)
• · Experience in designing and developing RAML API specifications.
• · Experience in batch/ETL integrations to transfer data in bulk between enterprise applications using MuleSoft APIs.
• · Experience in working with EDI transactions in MuleSoft Anypoint platform
• · Experience in building complex Mule Projects, with detailed strategies for structuring a project, error handling, notifications, and validations.
• · Experience working in Agile delivery environment
• · Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills
• · Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple simultaneous projects
• · Experience with Version Control
• · Preferred experience with CI/CD for Anypoint Platform.
• · Preferred knowledge of Integration with Salesforce on Mulesoft Platform.
• · Preferred knowledge of Integration with Shopify and Blue Yonder
• · Preferred proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language.
