• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL (required);
• Experience in multiple IT areas (7+ years)
• Relevant architecture experience (2-3 years)
• Experience providing design recommendations based on long-term IT organization strategy.
• Experience developing enterprise level application and custom integration solutions including major enhancements and interfaces, functions and features
• Experience using a variety of platforms to provide automated systems applications.
• Experience providing expertise regarding the integration of applications across the Department.
• Experience determining specifications, then plans, designs, and develops the most complex and business critical software solutions, utilizing appropriate software engineering processes—either individually or in concert with the project team.
• Experience developing programming and development standards and procedures as well as programming architectures for code reuse.
• Experience in state-of-the art programming languages and object-oriented approaches in designing, coding, testing and debugging programs
• Experience in researching and maintaining knowledge of emerging technologies and possible applications to the Department.
• Experience understanding and consistently applying the attributes and processes of current application development methodologies.
• Experience acting as a technical expert across multiple disciplines as well as an internal consultant, advocate, mentor, and change agent.
• Experience as a .NET full stack developer.
• Experience ensuring application performance and security standards through best practices.
Responsibilities
