Understand and analyze the current drafts of requirements and proposed design for the proposed database and web application. Validate assumptions and all data relationships and constraints, as well as rules. Validate final report products/outputsDesign the solutionDevelop the solution, perform appropriate system/unit/performance testingFacilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Finalize maintenance, support and operational documentationTrain, enable and transition the final solution to daily operations, maintenance and support staff. Qualifications EducationBachelor degree in computer science, business or equivalent experienceExperience 1. 3 to 5 years of progressively responsible work in project leadership, team lead, systems analysis roles and related responsibilities. 2. 3 to 5 years of proven business analyst/system analyst skills.3. 5 years experience in designing and developing relational databases, demonstrated strengths with MS SQL Server4. 5 years experience in designing and developing web applications, using ASP.Net
