Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Azure Microservices Architect to join our team and lead the design and development of a scalable and robust microservices platform using .NET 6 or above and Azure Kubernetes. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and DevOps engineers to ensure the microservices platform meets the business requirements and technical standards.

Responsibilities

• 1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on microservices architecture and Azure Kubernetes.
• 3. Proficient in .NET 6 or above, Azure Kubernetes, and other relevant technologies, such as Docker, Helm, and Istio.
• 4. Strong understanding of microservices architecture principles, including service decomposition, API design, and event-driven architecture.
• 5. Expertise in designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices using .NET and related frameworks, such as ASP.NET Core and EF Core.
• 6. Experience in cloud-native application development, including containerization, orchestration, and serverless computing.
• 7. Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, such as CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Azure DevOps.
• 8. Experience in designing and implementing secure, scalable, and highly available microservices architectures.
• 9. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• 10. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Educational Requirements

• 1. Relevant certifications in Azure and .NET.
• 2. Experience in building and maintaining large-scale microservices platforms in production environments.
• 3. Familiarity with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
• 4. Experience in implementing observability and monitoring solutions for microservices architectures.
• 5. Understanding of database design and management, including NoSQL databases.
• 6. Knowledge of microservices testing methodologies, including contract testing and chaos engineering.
