Minimum duties and responsibilities Design configure and maintain the network infrastructure using CISCO technologies and products such as ISE spine and leaf topology VxLAN SD-WAN FTD ASA etc. Monitor and optimize the network performance availability and capacity using tools such as Sumo Logic and ThousandEyes . Implement and enforce network security policies and best practices. Support the network operations for 6000 users across multiple locations regions and time zones. Advanced duties and responsibilities Plan and execute network upgrades migrations and expansions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues using various diagnostic tools and methods. Evaluate and recommend new network technologies and products to improve network efficiency and functionality. Document and communicate the network architecture design and procedures. Qualifications Experience Education: 2- or 4-year degree in computer science Engineering or related field 5+ years of experience in network engineering or administration roles CISCO certification such as CCNA CCNP or CCIE

Description

The network engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting the network infrastructure of our organization. You will work with various CISCO technologies and products to ensure the optimal performance, security, and scalability of our network.

You will also collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to provide network solutions that meet the business needs and requirements. You will troubleshoot and resolve network issues and provide technical guidance and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in CISCO technologies and products such as ISE and ThousandEyes
• Understanding of spine-and-leaf topology, VxLAN, SD-WAN, FTD, ASA, etc.
• Experience with routing protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, ISIS
• Experience with log monitoring and analytics tools.
• Experience with network security principles and practices.
• Experience with network design and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
