• Provides architectural direction and advanced technical/engineering expertise for the network (LAN/WAN) infrastructure and DNS services. • Deploys monitors and supports network hardware/software within the network (LAN/WAN) infrastructure. • Gathers business requirements recommends plans designs and implements network infrastructure expansion enhancements and upgrades. • Leads the effort in the investigation and resolution of network problems. • Determines and helps implement tools for network performance measurement and management. • Generates and reviews appropriate reports and performance statistics for capacity planning or trending analysis. • Acquires and maintains the appropriate level of hardware and software licenses. • Applies knowledge of emerging technology trends and develops alternatives with respect to architecture hardware and software. • Participates in the selection of network security solutions and implementation. • Interfaces routinely with other IT team members as well as internal customers (other departments) and vendors to determine network infrastructure needs. • Leads network integration projects and coordinates with engineering teams. • Follows established administrative tracking and best practice procedures. Job Requirements: • 8-10 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. • Strong understanding of Cisco networking equipment software and associated support contracts. • Experience overseeing enterprise IP networks in mission-critical 24x7 production environments. • 5 years related experience in infrastructure/network environments and designing planning documenting and implementing LANs and WANs using latest technology. • Advanced process orientation and exhibited planning organizational and problem-solving skills. • Strong interpersonal facilitation and leadership skills along with effective communication skills. • Advanced understanding of TCP/IP network protocols including common application protocols. • Experience in high-availability networks in load-balanced n-tier application environments. • Experience leading complex global projects from development through implementation. • Demonstrated ability to solve complex systems and network environment issues. • Ability to understand systems from the "big picture" enterprise-level view to the low-level technical view. • Ability to write technical design and build documentations for all aspects of a technical infrastructure. • Demonstrate ability to work in a complex organization to determine business and customer needs providing the best solution to meet those needs. Preferred: • Respective project management certification (PMP; CSM; etc.). • Technical experience/certification (CCNA; CompTIA Network+; etc.). • ITIL v3 or v4 certification preferred. • Familiarity in working with telco carriers and network transition projects. • Some familiarity with any major Cloud platform (Google Cloud Platform preferred) and a high-level understanding of virtual private cloud (VPC) connectivityDescription

The Principal, Technical Program Management is responsible for helping drive the modernization efforts of CoreLogic’s data and voice network (and associated services). Working with IT Infrastructure Architects and respective telecom vendors, the Technical Program Manager will organize project tasks, log and track changes, and facilitate monthly or quarterly reviews with vendors and/or other internal technical teams.
