• Configuration and troubleshooting of IPSEC site-to-site VPNs
• Author technical documentation such as network diagrams
• Monitor network performance and implement performance tuning when necessary
• Diagnose connectivity problems and resolve network issues
• Work closely with clients and vendors on implementation of products and services
• Ensure security and operational standards and procedures are maintained in accordance with compliance requirements, HIPAA standards, and industry best practices
• Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance only on the most complex tasks
• Communicate effectively with leadership, peers, project managers, clients, and stakeholders
Responsibilities
- • CCNA or higher certification
- • Experience installing and maintaining Cisco routers and switches
- • Experience in Arista switch management
- • Experience in Palo Alto firewalls
- • Documentation skills and use of programs such as Visio
