Port trunking
VLANs
IP addressing / schemas.
Cisco Catalyst distribution and access switches (9300, 9400, 9500)
Hands-on experience over several years (3 minimum) of
Access and distribution switch IOS configuration (L2, L3)
Troubleshooting
Port level configuration, and the relationship to endpoints
Access switch to aggregate / distribution switch uplink configuration.
Good communicator and very good English communication skills (>= 8/10)
Team player
A positive, can-do attitude
Methodical and disciplined work style
Responsibilities
- Experience working in a healthcare environment (awareness of impact to patient care)
- Some wireless experience – Aps
- Some experience with one or more of Cisco apps and systems – e.g., DNAC, ISE
